It was great to see dust blowing the last few weeks on some sites event though the dust is from the lime contractors spreading (the lime dust did allow us to at least move forward on some things)! Valenti-Held Contractor/Developer is currently looking at the weather forecasts and schedules to gauge whether another round of lime drying is warranted on some projects. Since last month, we’ve landed a small new project: Hoosier Village Entrance Drive. This project will help transform the roadway off of Zionsville Road into the “main” entrance for all of Hoosier Village. The first phase of this work will be completed by middle-end of June; the latter part of the project will be done just as soon as the city’s contractor completes the road improvements on Zionsville Road.
